We want you to feel confident in your Soflera eyewear. If something is not right, this Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for U.S. orders.

Return Window

You may request a return within [X] days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
•   Unworn and unused
•   Free of damage (no scratches, dents, or signs of wear)
•   Returned in original packaging, including any included accessories
If returned items show wear or damage, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund, depending on the condition.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If you want a different frame or lens tone, you can request an exchange within the return window, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we can issue a refund instead.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us with:
•   Your order number
•   The email used at checkout
•   The reason for the return (optional but helpful)
We will respond with instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Return Shipping

•   If your return is due to a Soflera error (wrong item) or a confirmed defect on arrival, we will cover return shipping.

Refund Timing

Original Shipping Fees
