Currency

Your payment method is charged when you place your order, or when your payment is authorized and captured by our payment processor. In some cases, authorization may occur first, followed by capture when the order ships.

Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address and the current state and local tax rules. The final amount, including taxes, is shown at checkout before you submit payment.

Payment Processing and Security

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Soflera does not store full credit card numbers. Payment processors may use fraud prevention tools to protect customers and reduce unauthorized purchases.

Promo Codes and Discounts

Promo codes must be entered at checkout to apply. Unless stated:
•   one promo code may be used per order
•   discounts cannot be combined
•   promo codes may not apply to shipping, taxes, or final sale items

Failed Payments and Order Holds

If a payment fails or is reversed, your order may be delayed, canceled, or placed on hold. We may contact you to confirm payment details or request an alternate payment method.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback may delay returns or refunds while the dispute is reviewed. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may re-bill the original payment method where permitted.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are refunded only when stated in our Returns Policy or required by law.
